Digital Sales Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our reward platform, supporting sales, finance, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:


-Product Listing:
Manage and update product listings on the reward platform, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.


-Sales Reporting:
Prepare weekly, and monthly sales reports and ensuring data accuracy.


-Finance and Settlement Reporting:
Support in compiling and managing finance-related reports, including settlement of transactions and reconciliation of accounts.


-Operational Support:
Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the reward platform, collaborating with internal teams to resolve any operational issues.


-Documentation:
Maintain well-organized documentation and records of sales, finance, and operational reports for auditing and compliance purposes.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation.


-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


-Good documentation and record-keeping skills.


-Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
Education and Experience:


-Minimum of a diploma in business administration, finance, or a related field.


-Prior experience in sales administration or a similar role is a plus.
