Team Player with good inter-personality and ability to work with multiple sales teams.
Profound knowledge of dental workflows at dental laboratories and clinics, extensive experience in digital workflow from scanning to postproduction.
Able to work independently and within compliance environment.
Your Primary RolePromote and train organisation's products within an assigned geographic area to achieve sales targets and market growth.
Cover parts of the following portfolio: laboratory scanners, CAD & CAM design software and hardware for laboratories and chairside applications, milling and printing applications, sintering, guided surgery, intra oral scanners.
Provide technical support for all our digital customers.
Provide full support for commercial teams to achieve their digital devices sales target.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize appointments and meet with prospective customers, master technical/clinical product information and/or demonstrations and quotes appropriate customer prices.
Demonstrate and present digital products to healthcare staff.
Provide digital product education, product consultation and training to customers.
Support sales force in promoting and selling all Straumann digital devices.
Manage digital setup for each key account working closely with the sales team.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings focusing on digital.
Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to Straumann Group's customers.
Provide training to sales teams on digital devices and product demo.
Provide training to digital Sales Specialists and Digital Champions on installation, operation and maintenance of all our digital devices.
Train digital sales specialists and digital champions to be the 1st level support in their country.
Support Straumann's lab partner on the digital workflow and be responsible for CAD/CAM devices installation and operation in customers' labs.
Create business opportunities with DSO's on setting up digital labs within their organization.
Provide Co-Diagnostix, Cares Visual and any other software to our customers.
QualificationAt least 3 years of sales experience in the dental industry or medical device industry, implant relevant is a high priority.
Multinational companies working experience is preferred.
Customer-oriented, team player, agile, proactive and have a "can-do" attitude.
Must possess problem-solving skills and be resourcefully innovative.
CAD/CAM experience will be added advantages.
Good interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in English, ability to speak other languages is an added advantage.
