Digital Transformation - Executive, MYCentre4IRDigital Transformation - Community and Operations Executive, Malaysia Centre for The Fourth Industrial Revolution (MYCentre4IR), supports the Digital Transformation team to ensure the smooth functioning of the organisation and the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Project Support:Working with the Digital Transformation team, MYCentre4IR team to provide support in project implementation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment for project implementation.Stakeholder and Community Engagement Support:Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders specifically for Digital Transformation projects.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
Address inquiries and concerns from stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Support the MYCentre4IR team in stakeholder engagement events.Research and Analysis:Provide research support to the MYCentre4IR Digital Transformation team including preparing briefing materials.
Work with MYCentre4IR team to maintain knowledge repository, contact database and necessary input.Tasks from time to time:The role may involve handling unexpected or miscellaneous tasks that arise occasionally.
(C) QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Engineering; Economics; or other related field.
Proven experience in change management, strategic planning, and operations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
High proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia and strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrable knowledge in project management and data visualization tools (ClickUp; JIRA; Trello; Power BI; Tableau) is a plus.
