Direct Engagement Account Manager
Based in Malaysia
The Role:
In this role, you will be driving Logitech Workspace solutions by direct engagement with decision makers, influencers, and champions to understand decision criteria and processes and match those to solutions resulting in desired outcomes.
The role will be focused on prospecting new customer logos and able to up/cross-sell to existing customers. You will have the ownership to meet and exceed sales quota.
Responsibilities:
Focus on prospecting new accounts and developing top corporate/enterprise/government/education accounts within Malaysia.
Understand customer pain points, decision criteria, and processes. Strong desire to win deals, RFPs, and Standards.
Ensure you maintain an accurate project pipeline as well as pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota.
Create client presentations, do hands-on solutions demos, propose and quote, and follow through till closure.
Consistently develop new business and convert it into opportunities. Work with channel partners and distributors to fulfill customers' requirements.
Work with Inside Sales and Marketing and respond promptly to leads from various sources, qualify, convert, and close MQLs.
Work and collaborate with internal stakeholders including Inside Sales, Sales Engineer, Channels, Distribution, Finance, and Marketing functions.
Be part of channels Quarterly Business Review and add value to their customers' project and pipeline.
Develop a list of strategic accounts, develop, and regularly update the account plan.
Engage with the alliance sales team (Google, Microsoft, Zoom) on joint sales pursuits.
Maintain an accurate project pipeline and sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota.
Qualifications & Skills:
Results-driven, self-motivated, and strong ability to prioritize and achieve assigned sales quota.
Proven track record in direct sales and able to sell into large corporate/enterprise/government/education accounts.
Experience in selling Unified Communications (UC), Workspace, and Cloud solutions.
Prospect new customer logos and maintain business with existing accounts.
Able to do hands-on solutions demos and execute successful Proof of Concept (PoC).
Able to build account plans for the list of strategic accounts.
Proficient in using Salesforce.com.
Experience responding to RFP/RFQ/ITQ/Tender.
Influential communicator and skillful presenter.
Collaborative nature and is a team player.
Education:
Degree level is required.
