Director, Fintech Digital Products (B2C) - Hong Kong-Based

About Our Client Our client is a global FinTech client with growing presence in Asia Pacific region. With Hong Kong as their core regional hub, they are looking for a leader with full P&L responsibilities for its digital consumer products.
Job Description Reporting to the Regional Head of Business Development, you will be leading a team of 8-9 staff consisting of sales/account, product, marketing and project management function as the business unit head with core responsibilities of driving the growth of the business which is b2c innovative digital products.
You are required to be able to work with different leadership team with key objectives of driving acquisition, positive customer experience and sales effectiveness via direct-to-consumer or indirect channels (e.g. third party, partnership etc). The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have good Hong Kong market experience with prior marketing background in early stage of career .
Experience managing full P&L is a must (especially for ECommerce/digital environment) while you need to be a solid leader with good understanding about consumer behaviour in b2c landscape.
Prior financial services/FinTech experience is a plus but not a must.
