Director Of Human Resources, Rsr & Gsh

We are looking for someone who: Has a Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an international class hotel and at least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
Must be a confident and tactfulIs a strong team player.
Good interpersonal & communication skill.
Has good knowledge of local labour laws and industrial relations.
Able to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Has solid coaching, listening and communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels.
Is a self-starter, with the ability to proactively problem-solve, identify, advocate for, and execute improvements.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
