You will ensure that our teams are equipped to contribute to Emma's longterm success in the regionYou will analyze, improve, and disrupt the region's operational set-up, internal processes, and connected strategies for increased productivity, employee wellness and engagement, and excellence in APACWho We're Looking ForYou have a Masters Degree in Business Administration, or equivalentYou have at least 5 years experience in strategic leadership position. Experience in leading leaders is a mustExperience in leading teams in startups, scale ups, and/or hypergrowth companies is a mustYou have a strong passion, ambition, commitment and proven track record in building and growing high functioning teams. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders, decision-making across the organization.
