Director, Property Operations

Oversee all aspects of property management, security management, and customer service across APAC, including but not limited to facility maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, parking, customer service, and administrative services.Manage office administration in the region, covering front desk, daily office needs for employees, dining, accommodation, scheduling daily activities and meetings, visitor management, and site tours.Manage and evaluate the security module of the third-party property management team at the data center (including perimeter security, public video surveillance, hazardous materials control, and risk management).Establish and optimize property management, security, and administrative systems to ensure standardization, efficiency, and streamlined processes.Manage the signage system in public areas of the data center campus; participate in the delivery of public facilities and equipment (covering requirements, construction, testing, acceptance, and handover).Handle data center customer service management, organizing related meetings, reports, and risk assessments.Oversee compliance in property management, fire safety, and administrative matters.Supervise and manage the property team to ensure work aligns with company standards and procedures; organize regular training sessions to improve service quality and professional skills.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations of campus services.Prepare the annual property budget for the campus, monitor budget execution, control costs, and improve efficiency.Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
