Distribution Centre Officer (Bandar Tun Razak)

Job Responsibilities:
Control work processes in the warehouse; storage and sorting parcels.
Reduce loss and damage and maximize efficiency.
Responsible for checking customer information to ensure accuracy according to standards and on time.
Review and prepare reports for daily, weekly, and monthly parcels with residual delivery problems or related issues and implement quick fixes immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Responsible for the daily earnings summary report and examining the financial system within the responsible branch to assess day-to-day operational performance.
Perform work and other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
