ResponsibilitiesControl work processes in the warehouse; storage and sorting parcels.
Reduce loss and damage and maximize efficiency.
Responsible for checking customer information to ensure accuracy according to standards and deadlines.
Review and prepare reports for daily, weekly, and monthly parcels with residual delivery problems or related issues, implementing quick fixes to ensure timely delivery.
Responsible for the daily earnings summary report and examining the financial system within the responsible branch to assess day-to-day operations performance.
Perform work and other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
