Distributor Development Executive

Responsibilities:- Identifying potential distributors, negotiating contracts, and establishing partnerships to expand the company's distribution network.- Providing training and support to distributors on product knowledge and marketing strategies to maximize sales performance and market penetration.- Monitoring distributor performance, sales activities, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, providing ongoing communication, support, and guidance to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies.- Collaborating with distributors to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer needs.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma and at least 2 years of working experience in a sales position, preferably in FMCG.- Strong communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin.- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.- Basic math and computer skills.- Good organization and time management skills.- Result-oriented team player with a positive attitude.- Willing to travel and work outside of office hours if required.**Our company is in the business of wine and liquor****Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Distributor: 2 years (required)
