Role: Distributor Principal Job Description: To adhere and aligned with the Company's Vision, Mission, Values, and policies.To inculcate the Vision, Mission, & Values to all staff.To gather market data from best reliable source and properly forecast and prepare the annual Business, Marketing, Lubricant Demand by each focused sector under the various Line of Business, & workforce training plan, strategies, budgets, & program for all Branches.To coach the team for Passenger Vehicle Lube (PVL), Commercial Vehicles Lube (CVL), and Industrial Lube (IL) business and technical of all branches.Ensure achievement of the planned Sales & Collection Targets of PVL, CMF, & IL of all branches.To professionally & tactfully manage the existing customers especially the key clients to ensure retention and growth of revenue.To plan Training, Retention & Succession Planning of Talent available in the team.Internal coordination with all Sales Advisors, Branch Managers, and Executive Director for overall performance with innovative supplements & features in achieving all branches sales target to profitability and business growth Establish business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction, technical service quality and all branches administration & operational efficiency.To perform tasks, such as hiring employees and providing additional training on new materials and refresher courses on existing materials to sales staffs.To follow trending in your assigned geographical area, such as seeking out types of policies customers are looking for and recommending possible upgraded changes to policies and practices at the corporate level.These policies can range from new strategies, plans, & goals for their location and other locations based on current market conditions.To develop and generate incremental sales by exploring and expanding new customer base all branches.To execute and implement promotional activities that help to boost sales and distributions.To monitor sales pipeline, daily customers' visit report, weekly market report on timely basis.To prepare sales budget, marketing plans and any other reports as may be required by the Company and/or ExxonMobil from time to time.You may be assigned with any other official tasks by the management during your employment.This role seems to encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from strategic planning sales & Technical day-to-day operations management.Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.A Master's degree is preferred.Experience: Proven Mobil experience in managing Mobil Distributor business.Technical knowledge relevant to the Mobil products or services.Proven experience in Mobil sales or technical support role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.In-depth knowledge of the Mobil products and technologies relevant to the industry.Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Analytical skills for market analysis and strategic planning.Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Additional Considerations: Certifications: Professional certifications in sales management or technical fields can be advantageous.Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages may be beneficial, depending on the geographical scope of the role.Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with Branches, customers, and attend industry events.
