Summary
District Manager at Prometric is responsible for managing all aspects of test center operations in Asia and ANZ.
The manager has the responsibility for all channel activities including, the establishment of new test centers both the dedicated sites and pop-up sites, training proctors, daily operational matters, service level agreement adherence, budgetary development and control, contractual matters, and partner relationship management.Working closely with his/her report line, CEM, to build up a strong channel network in Asia and the ANZ region.Primary Responsibilities
•Overall management of channel networks and operations in Asia and ANZ
•Ensure test center quality and security are met while ensuring cost is optimized based on data
•Forge a close partnership with the local sales team in providing channel solutions to potential and existing for and work as a local contact for those clients
•Optimize operational effectiveness by ensuring that test centers and test center managers comply with correct procedures and standard
•Ability to track multiple projects and tasks on time
•Ability to set up the goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with CEM's plan and goals
•Ability to present a workable solution to complex problems
•Ownership and follow-through to achieve the Channel team's KPI
•Willingness to work flexible hours in order to accommodate different time zones as required
•Ability to multi-task and deliver performance through limited resourcesKnowledge, Experience & Skills
•Self-starter; strong drive to continuous learning and work ethics; willing to take a manager role in driving initiatives, working across organizations, creative problem-solving in real-time, and a strong communicator in a fast-paced channel environment.
•5+ years' experience in a management role.
•Highly integrity, trust, and reliability.
•Understand and explain the need for balance efficiency and effectiveness.
•Solid experience and track record of onboarding, and growing high-quality performance delivery channels in Asia and ANZ market.
•Test/certification, Education industry experience is a strong plus.
•Excellent in Spoken & Written English.
