Job DescriptionWalindi Plantation resort in beautiful West New Britain, PNG is currently looking for dive centre management staff, preferably a couple or 2 people who have a history of working and living together. Walindi caters to a wide range of international and local guests; primarily experienced divers, though there is scope for some instruction. Training of the local staff is an important aspect of the job, so at least one of the candidates would need to be an instructor in teaching status.
Due to our remoteness, we need to offer a turnkey operation. We do our own boat, compressor, and gear servicing, so some mechanical know-how would definitely be advantageous. New Britain is remote even for PNG standards, so experience working with the challenges that this presents would be a key asset.

Instructor ratings; Nitrox a must. Tech ratings beneficial.
