The Divisional Trainer - Food & Beverage will work closely with the Food & Beverage Division leadership team to identify training needs, create comprehensive training plans, and ensure consistent implementation across all relevant areas, including dining outlets, bar, event service, and room service.
Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia. Ideally with a university degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management. Work experience in a training role within the hospitality industry, preferable in the Food & Beverage Division. Strong understanding of dining outlets, bar, banquet, and room service operations in a luxury hotel setting. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs and workshops. Good communications, organizational, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and engage employees are essential.
