The Divisional Trainer - Rooms will work closely with the Rooms Division leadership team to identify training needs, create comprehensive training plans, and ensure consistent implementation across all relevant areas, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia. Ideally with a university degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management. Work experience in a training role within the hospitality industry, preferable in the Rooms Division. Strong understanding of front office, housekeeping, and guest service operations in a luxury hotel setting. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs and workshops. Good communications, organizational, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and engage employees are essential.
