Document Controller

-Responsible for updating/upgrading of company's quality manual, performing internal quality audits to ensure all activities in the company are carried out following the Integrated Management System (IMS)


-Lead the audit team to perform the internal audit regularly as per the schedule 


-Maintain, follow up and close out the Internal Corrective Action Request raised on the management system


-Conduct process and system audits from time to time


-Liaise with a certification body for management system-related audits, enquiries and issues


-Handle and support the external audits (certification bodies, customers, other interested parties) corresponding to the Integrated Management System


-Prepare training material, training evaluation and conduct training on quality awareness, objectives and policies and quality procedures


-Ensure proper maintenance and calibration control of inspection, measuring and test equipment.


-Support on all sustainability and ESG-related matters


-Any ad-hoc task assigned and directed from time to time

; Requirements:-  



-Meticulous, sound of urgency, able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.


-Good written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in English and Bahasa


-Proficient in working with MS Office and Google Workspace 


-Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field


-Minimum 2 years experience in document control or other similar administrative role.


-Experience in handling ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and document control.


-Experience in conducting training, and a lead auditor is an added advantage.
