Document Controller, Site (Penang, Malaysia)Position Overview:We are seeking a Document Controller with site experience in Penang, Malaysia.
This role is urgent and requires expertise in document management.
Responsibilities:
Control all documents from clients and subcontractors, managing incoming and outgoing documentation.
Demonstrate knowledge in IT systems.
Prepare official letters to clients and subcontractors.
Maintain knowledge of power plant operations.
Provide accurate reporting on document status, including incoming and outgoing documents.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a power plant.
A total of 5 years of experience in the plant industry (8 years total experience).
