With this position, you will be required to…
Responsible for planning, constructing, and promoting internal and external knowledge bases, such as user-oriented Help & Support Centers (bilingual in Chinese and English).
Gather, compile and analyze common prompted system issues and customer inquiries in order to continuously optimize the knowledge base for information quality, query efficiency, and user experience.
Update and maintain knowledge base information to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and comprehensiveness of content.

Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field (preferably in Computer Science)
At least 2 years of exposure and working experience in QA field.
Possess corporation attitude and team spirit.
Passionate for work, and able to withstand high intensity work pressure.
Possess good logical thinking, strong communication and coordination skills.
Strong ability in writing customer service scripts and summarizing and refining texts.
Resourceful and able to independently manage time to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking).
Candidates fluent in Mandarin are highly preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Willing to work in Midvalley, KL.
