**Descriptions**:- Ensure that all Letters of offer and Tenancy Agreements are correctly filled/completed, signed by tenants, and checked/verified by HOD, Documentation /Property Executive.- To assist in preparing monthly staff attendance after Payroll Cut Off.- To monitor staff monthly shift schedule.- To ensure that all SOP, company's rules & regulations, policies & guidelines set out by the company from time to time MUST be strictly followed.**Requirements**:- Minimum STPM / Diploma & above in any field.- Preferable female.- Good computer skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Excellent customer service skills.- Good attitude, team player, responsible, and integrity.- Able to speak, write and read in mandarin is an added advantage.**Contact Person**:**Emart Realty (Miri) Sdn Bhd
