About the Role We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Documentation Engineer to join our engineering department.
The primary focus of this role is to manage, create, and maintain all technical documentation required for various engineering projects.
This includes ensuring accurate, clear, and up-to-date documentation for processes, designs, systems, and project updates.
Key Responsibilities Document Creation and Management Prepare, edit, and update technical documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, and technical specifications.
Develop standardized templates for internal and external documentation needs.
Collaborate with engineers and other departments to gather necessary technical details and translate them into comprehensive documents.
Version Control and Archiving Ensure all documentation is properly versioned and archived according to internal protocols.
Manage the revision process for all engineering documents and ensure that changes are accurately tracked.
Compliance and Regulator Ensure all technical documentation complies with relevant regulatory standards.
Support engineering teams during audits by providing accurate documentation on request.
About You Bachelors degree in Engineering or any related field.
Proven years of experience in documentation, preferably in an engineering or technical field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
Experience in technical writing or documentation for manufacturing, electronics, or R&D projects.
Familiarity with CAD software or other design tools.
Ability to interpret and document engineering designs, schematics, and diagrams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
