Scope of Works: Assist department to improve engineering document management system for easy retrieval and safe-keeping of hardcopy and softcopy documents thru P-EDMS or as COMPANY requirement.
Maintain current list of department documents and records.
Follow up with the relevant parties to ensure documents and is up to date.
Maintain and manage project administration matters in the department which includes manage project final documentation and managing other administrative matters to ensure smooth project handover.
Assist the management of department budget and control the utilization for certain element i.e. (office supply and consumables) as well as tracking of department accruals to ensure cost effectiveness.
Any other tasks deemed necessary as assigned by superior to ensure successful delivery of Project To meet monthly milestones as indicate by the hiring manager.
Requirements: Minimum five (5) years and above relevant working experience as documenter in Oil & Gas or  Petrochemicals Industry.
