Job Responsibilities:Support the Management in managing day-to-day operations of the migrant workers' dormitory to ensure the dormitory runs smoothly and efficiently.
Co-ordinate facility services such as cleaning, maintenance, pest control and waste management, and conduct periodical checks to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Ensure the well-being, safety, and health of the residents are kept at the highest standard at all times.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with dormitory regulations and policies.
Perform security patrols and address security-related matters.
Promote and implement health and safety practices within the dormitory.
Review performance and services on a regular basis, recommending improvements on workflows and processes.
Identify potential issues and risks to prevent and mitigate any disruption to the overall operations of the dormitory.
Participate in developing and implementing emergency response plans.
Prepare and submit reports and updates to the Management.
Create a positive living environment, address resident concerns, enforce dormitory rules, and resolve conflicts.
Key Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Building/Facilities Management/Building Services/Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, facility management, or a similar field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards would be advantageous.
Trained in fire safety, emergency response, first aid & AED would be advantageous.
