Job Description Draft Technicians are responsible for producing accurate residential and commercial iGUIDE floorplans using our client's proprietary computer aided Draft software.
As part of a larger drafting team, each individual is responsible for developing, preparing, reviewing, and revising floorplan drawings to comply with the company's Draft Standards.
These floorplans are subsequently reviewed by the quality assurance team before being published in the form of a virtual 3D tour.

Create ESX Floor Plan Sketches using Verisk's construction estimating software, Xactimate, for Insurance Restoration Claims Clients.
Create DWG Floor Plans using Autodesk's software, Revit, for Architecture, Construction & Engineering Clients.
Address and report issues that may surface during production to the iGUIDE Drafting Team Leader.
Participate in cross-functional, continuous improvement initiatives as the opportunity presents itself.
Complete other tasks outside of drafting floor plans such as AI annotations, marketing research, information gathering, case studies, etc.
Requirements Expertise in Every Detail: Unveiling Your Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of Revit or any 3D software (e.g., Lumion, 3DS Max, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Maya, Blender, VRay, Sage, etc.)
