Drafter

We are seeking an experienced Drafter, proficient in AutoCAD, to create technical drawings, ensure regulatory compliance, and support project execution alongside architects and contractors.
Job Descriptions Conduct site assessments and analyze environmental impact to ensure compliance with green building standard.Manage and oversee constructions projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and review technical reports, feasibility studies, and project proposals.Utilize software like AutoCAD, and other engineering tools for design and analysis.Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standard.Collaborate with the project management team to develop cost-effective and sustainable solutions. Job Requirements Bachelor' or Diploma' Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil Engineering.Proficient in AutoCAD is preferred.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Must be able to relocate to EITHER Johor Bahru or Singapore.
