Job Responsibilities:Develop detailed design drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD to produce accurate technical drawings.
Review and refine designs to ensure compliance with project guidelines and industry standards.
Work closely with branch manager to gather requirements and ensure design accuracy.
Adapt drawings as necessary to accommodate project changes or feedback.
Participate in on-site meetings to provide input and resolve technical issues.
Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
Create detailed drawings for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) building services as required.
Maintain accurate records of all drafting work, including revisions and updates.
Ensure proper documentation and organization of project files.
Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background: Diploma or degree in engineering or certification in CAD drafting.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in drafting.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in drafting software such as AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, design principles, and applicable codes and standards.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
