Draughtsman / Draftsman (Architectural Drawing)

KeyResponsibilities: Expertise on to create precise 2D or 3DArchitectural Drawing, M&E Drawing, Building Plan etc.using AutoCAD.Create detailed technicaldrawings and plans using AutoCAD software based on specificationsand rough sketches. Work closely with theLocal Authority such as MBJB, MBIP, MBPG, MPKu etc. to ensure thedrawings are accurate and meet the Building Department'srequirements. Maintain organised records ofall drawings and revisions. Requirement: Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, ora related field. Relevant certification in CADdrafting is advantageous.Min 1-yearexperiences in a CAD draftingrole.Understanding of engineering andarchitectural principles andpractices.Familiarity with the Local Authorityrequirements.Willing to travel ifrequired.
