Job Responsibilities:Prepare all drawing registers or transmittals for any drawings received or issued for all projects.
Assist the Maintenance Department with filing matters, including preparing documents for clients.
Prepare minutes of meetings for the Maintenance Department.
Assist the Project Secretary with any urgent matters related to the project team.
Minimum Qualifications:Diploma in Interior Design.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Knowledge of computer skills, especially in AutoCAD.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
