Some Key actitivies, ERD well, Depleted reservoir, workover, Cased hole sidetrack, TAD unit operation, SIMOP, horizontal well with geostreering.**Key Responsibilities**:**_ Planning Phase (in KL office, as and when required by the Company) :_**a) Prepare or review, in consultation with Senior Drilling Engineer and Drilling Superintendent:- Drilling Programme- Drafting SIDs- Master Equipment and Materials Master Load-Out List- Various reporting forms to be used on MODUb) Fully understand the contents of HSE related documents such as:- HSE Management System;- Emergency Response Plan;- Oil Spill Response Plan;- Well Control and Well Control Manual;- HSE Bridging Document;- Waste Management Plan;c) Attend "DWOP and CWOP Meeting" with key personnel assigned to the well testing program including:- Service contractors;**_Operations Phase on Rig :_**a) Take a overall responsibility of all day to day operation on the rig including well completion and intervention to ensure no NPT without safety issues on the rig. Full control and full responsibility to prevent and regain control any well control event.b) Ensure and coordinate smooth SIMOP in place as per SIMOP manual.c) Ensure smooth day-to-day communication with the rig contractor and service contractors on the rig;d) Prepare and endorse "Daily Drilling Report" and "Operations Look-ahead" and monitor and evaluate well conditions;e) Prepare next 24 hours program or SID to fulfil drilling program in an efficient and safe manner;f) Report to and discuss with Drilling superintendent to receive endorsement of plan including SIDg) Oversee logistic plan and execution including personnel and equipment with Wellsite material coordinator. Assist the Wellsite Material Coordinator in preparation of "Material Call-out";h) Ensure operations are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations, JX HSEMS and DMS and other regulatory requirements.i) Be a member of the on-site response team in the event of an emergency and/or oil spill situation;**Educational Qualifications**:- Preferably B.Sc. in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical or similar)**Relevant Experience**:**MUST**- Min 10 years of diversified experiences in drilling activities (Day position should be min 15 years)- Min 5 years' experience in Malaysia out of item (1)- Min 3 years as a current position- Has working experience in TAD unit- SIMOP experience- Valid IWCF Well control Level 4 or equivalent, Medical and T-BOSIET- The rig, Sapura Berani, plan to be mobilized on JX Nippon location on +/- 1st April 2024.**WANT**- Has experience of ERD well in Malaysia or nearby area (MD >6000m).- Has experience of brown field development where the PPFG are highly depleted.Employment Type : ContractPreferred : Malaysian
