Driver Cum Admin

Responsibilities:



-Responsible to send office documents or items.


-Responsible for maintaining good condition and up keeping of the company car.


-Able to travel outstation if required.


-Standby during office hours, and may include occasional late hours, on weekends or public holidays (OT claimable)


-Ad hoc duties as assigned by Director or Company's designates


-To keep service record and carry out general maintenance and deliver the vehicle(s) to a workshop when necessary


-To maintain the cleanliness of exterior and interior of the vehicle(s), e.g. washing and vacuum the cars periodically

-Minimum 1 years of working experience as company driver or personal driver.


-Possess a valid driving license with good driving skills.


-Punctual and possess good time management.


-Able to standby on-call duty from time to time if required.


-Trustworthy, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.


-Spoken and Written Language: Malay


-Can start work immediately


-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company as and when deemed necessary


-Must have a valid GDL driving license


-Able to outstation
