RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY: a) Safely transport company executives to and from destinations.
b) Regularly wash and detail the car to keep it clean and presentable, both inside and out.
c) Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
d) Keep track of vehicle maintenance and schedule regular servicing.
e) Always maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
f) Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
g) Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
h) Familiarize yourself with local routes and traffic patterns.
i) Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
j) Communicate effectively with management regarding any vehicle issues or road hazards.
k) Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
