Vehicle Cleanliness : Frequently clean the vehicle, including the interior, exterior, and engine, to maintain a neat and attractive appearance.
II. Duty AssignmentsPunctual Departure : Based on the company's vehicle dispatch assignments, the driver must depart on time without delay.
Safe Driving : During driving, strictly adhere to traffic rules to ensure driving safety and prevent traffic accidents.
Cooperation with Work : While on duty, actively cooperate with leaders and office personnel, providing necessary assistance and support.
III. Service Attitude and EtiquetteCourteous Service : Be warm and polite to passengers, use civilized language, and provide high-quality riding services.
Confidentiality : Strictly adhere to the principle of confidentiality regarding conversations heard during trips and refrain from disclosing or spreading information.
IV. Vehicle ManagementParking : When parking outside or returning from a trip, choose a safe location to avoid damage or theft.
Document Management : Regularly check the validity of various vehicle documents and ensure they are complete when driving.
V. Other ResponsibilitiesExpense Reimbursement : All business-related expenses (such as parking fees, toll fees, fuel costs, etc.) must be supported by official and valid receipts for reimbursement and properly organized for submission.
Emergency Handling : In the event of a traffic accident or vehicle malfunction during a trip, immediately report to the company and take necessary measures.
