Troubleshoot client products as needed to resolve each call the first time.
Meet metrics such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, and Net Promoter Score.
Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
Ensure smooth and efficient transportation processes.
Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions.
Ensure staff members perform their assigned tasks up to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Organize and manage logistics, sales delivery, warehouse, transportation, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor timely issue/query resolution from the operation team and timely response to inquiries.
Plan delivery routes for drivers and assign delivery jobs to them.
Follow up closely with delivery partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Knowledgeable in various delivery channels, operation methods, delivery progress, delivery issues, and handling customer complaints.
Ensure all documents are in order and updated regularly.
Work with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased.
Regularly update the inventory system to ensure accurate records of incoming and outgoing items.
Identify and dispose of unwanted or damaged materials, following company guidelines.
Ensure all company vehicles have up-to-date permits and are sent for regular servicing.
Assist with processing payroll, including calculating incentives, overtime hours, withholding taxes, and issuing paychecks.
Collaborate with Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager to prospect, close, and expand the customer base.
Manage bid submissions, coordinate pricing, and collaborate with team members to prepare proposals/quotations for customers.
Attend to rate requests, closely follow opportunities, and ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions.
Coordinate with the sales team for efficient logistics, addressing issues related to timely deliveries and payments.
Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
Implement safety and security protocols to safeguard warehouse operations.
Well versed in custom forms and related documentation.
Coordinate the shipment of goods from suppliers to agents or company warehouses and branches.
Review shipping and logistics documents for contracted terms and obtain relevant approval from Purchaser for remittance of payments.
Organize and arrange the dispatching of shipping documents to shipping agents/forwarding agents for customs declaration and to facilitate the cargo discharge process.
Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and café area.
Manage stock levels and maintenance of the warehouse.
Prepare shipping documents such as Delivery Orders and consignment notes.
Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve logistical challenges in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit reports related to customs matters.
Support the manager in training and supervising warehouse staff.
Help monitor staff performance and provide suggestions for improvements.
QualificationsFluency in Mandarin.
Experience in Customer Relationship Management.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
