Driver Supply Management (Shopeefood)

Job Description:Initiate and develop strategy to acquire ShopeeFood's driver following the daily and monthly target in multiple service areaOptimize rider acquisition funnel to enhance the process in order to increase conversion rateDemonstrate leadership to guide the overall project requirements in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and closureOrganize and optimize project resources (budget, timeline, team workforce)Coordinate with internal teams and external teams to solve errorsRequirements:Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, business or any related field0-3 years of work experience in related fieldsStrong Excel skill is required, SQL is a plusGood communication and presentation skills, both speaking and written in Thai and EnglishStrong strategic and analytical thinking skills and able to make judgment based on logical reasonsGood team players and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlinesFlexible in working hours (issues that require attention can occur outside normal working hours)
