Engineering and Analysis: Conduct thorough engineering calculations and simulations to validate design decisions and ensure performance meets technical specifications.
Evaluate material selection, fabrication methods, and manufacturing processes to achieve cost-effective and durable ductwork solutions.
Perform risk assessments and feasibility studies to anticipate and mitigate potential design challenges.

Prototyping and Testing: Lead the development and testing of prototype ductwork components and systems in collaboration with the R&D team.

Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in ductwork design, process exhaust ductwork systems engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and stress and flow simulation analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL) for design and analysis.
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer principles, and their application to process exhaust ductwork systems and ductwork design.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA) governing process exhaust ductwork systems and ductwork fabrication.
