Operational Oversight:
Supervise all aspects of plantation operations from pre-development services, including selection of planting materials, to development and management services like pest control, fertilization, and irrigation management.
Ensure the adoption of efficient management practices for both immature and mature durian trees, focusing on pest and disease control, quality control, and yield optimization.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of agronomists, field workers, and other plantation staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Oversee training programs for personnel to enhance skills in durian cultivation and management techniques.

Quality and Compliance:
Maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that the durian fruit meets or exceeds market expectations in terms of taste, size, and quality.
