During this internship, you will have the opportunity to assist in the work of a Duty Manager in an international, luxury five-star hotel.Our Duty Managers are responsible for the operations of the hotel and represent the management team in their absence. Their challenge is to find the right balance between regular work and ad hoc situations. They have the responsibility to make quick and adequate decisions that affect the well-being of guests and other employees.Another would describe them as an involved manager who oversees everything from a 'strategic' position, who watches and listens carefully and responds quickly to developments and offers solutions where necessary, while at the same time coaching and monitoring colleagues with the aim of providing consistent service and therefore guest satisfaction.What we offer

You also have the possibility to do various cross-trainings in different departments to broaden your hotel knowledge.The internship allowance is €600 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week. You are studying hospitality management at HBO level
You are available for at least 5 months
You speak English fluently. Every other language is a plus.
You are flexible (available 24/7), serious and attentive and stand firmly in your shoes
