We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Duty Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing Front Office operations. Represent the Assistant Front Office Manager / Operations Manager after office hours; be present at Reception and Lobby.Ensure compliance with policies and instructions.Review and identify training needs in Front Office manuals and SOPs.Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service for every guestManage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalismLead, motivate, and support staff to uphold high service standardsCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operationsMonitor lobby traffic and assign team members as required.Review VIP reservations and ensure the proper handling of VIPs and groups, administering amenity orders, and managing incoming guests.  What are we looking for? Proven experience in hotel operations or similar hospitality roleAble to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate effectively with guests and employees. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAble to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. Commitment to providing top-notch guest serviceDemonstrated ability to handle administrative details and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision. Able to work on rotation of shifts, weekends and public holidays.
