Overview
We are looking for a reliable Duty Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. As the face of our hotel, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing day-to-day front office activities.Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you will help set and maintain high service standards, assess departmental performance, and contribute to achieving the hotel's overall objectives. Your proactive approach will support various departments, ensuring seamless coordination and prompt service delivery to all guests.THE JOBSCOPE
Greet and welcome guests warmly.
Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints.
Manage daily front desk operations for smooth check-in and check-out.
Supervise and support front desk staff.
Handle reservations and manage booking changes.
Collaborate with other departments for seamless service.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in hotel front desk operations or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONSHigh School or diploma or equivalent.; additional qualifications will be a plus
