Key Responsibilities:
-Manage product listings on Shopee and Lazada, including creating new listings, editing existing ones, and ensuring accuracy of product information (descriptions, pricing, stock levels).
2. Upload high-quality product photos and videos that adhere to platform guidelines.
3. Run promotions and campaigns on Shopee and Lazada to increase sales and brand awareness.
4. Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability on both platforms.
5. Process customer orders efficiently and communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and any issues.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on Shopee and Lazada in a timely and professional manner.
7. Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and platform updates for Shopee and Lazada.
9. Assist with other e-commerce related tasks as assigned.
