E-Commerce Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities: - To assist in processing orders in a timely manner and according to the marketplace requirements.
To monitor and follow up on sales order that have not been delivered over pro-longed period.
To co-ordinate and arrange transfers, pre- and post- delivery with delivery team, outlets and installer to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of order fulfillment.
Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment.
To update delivery status, tracking number and proof of delivery of orders to marketplaces or online platforms.
Provide excellent customer support and address incidents and queries via email, telephone or chat.
Register extended warranty .
To assist in administrative tasks during roadshows and sales events .
To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time.
Requirements: - Diploma in Administrative or related functional or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in e-commerce administration or related role.
Competent in MS Office Proactive and detail oriented.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, digitally centric environment.
Able to support during non-office day or hour as and when required.
