Job DescriptionJob Overview:
As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store(s). Work closely with the Superior to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital storefront and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on our e-commerce platforms, including uploading product descriptions, images, stock inventory, and prices.
Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including mailing and social media promotions.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Build rapport and establish trust with Customers and Resellers.
Follow up on sales and order processing.
Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and drive organic traffic.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as WordPress & WooCommerce.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
