E-Commerce Customer Service Executive

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from customers, via phone, email, messaging, social media, or e-commerce platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, and more.
Provide prompt and appropriate solutions to any problems faced by customers.
Provide occasional support to the operations team to ensure targets are achieved.
Monitor competitive activities to improve the company's strategies.
Build a good rapport with customers to ensure smooth operations and goodwill.
Compile data and advise on customers' buying patterns to ensure the best results in Sales and Marketing strategies.
