Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
Responsible for execution and implementation of e-Commerce activities across online marketplaces such as product listing, promotion, price change, campaign banner management, etc.
Work with Product and Digital Marketing to ideate and execute campaigns and promotions across all e-Commerce sites.
Analyse and develop reports on sales performance, campaign performance, and improvement actions.
Keep up with trends in e-Commerce sites, competitors' activities, and industry best practices to recommend strategies and ideas.
Manage customers and all potential leads through effective and timely replies on company's social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Work on ad-hoc e-commerce projects and assignments.
Job Requirements :
Self-motivated and independent.
Solid configuring, data analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and a strong desire to succeed.
Good spoken and written Mandarin will be an added advantage.
