E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:
- Responsible for the daily operations of E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
- Manage product listings and ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description in timely manner.
- Handling customer service queries from various communication channels.
- Plan and execute marketing activities and strategies for all platform and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Responsible for managing feed post, boost product, and all platforms' backend function to drive traffic.
- Work closely with platforms' KAM for monthly promotion or campaign execution.
- Monitor platforms' performance, identify trends, and propose strategies to enhance sales and overall customer experience.

The Ideal Candidates:
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in E-commerce/digital marketing.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English & Mandarin.
- Familiar with online shopping application (eg. Lazada/ Shopee/ TikTok).
- Good team player, proactive, passionate, fast-paced with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
