Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
Support e-commerce operations by working cross-department and teams for platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
Create and upload new product listings and ensure the information is correct and updated; manage shop content creation.
Responsible for reporting and identifying issues/anomalies in the report.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in all platforms.
Understand the trends and dynamics of e-commerce business, and deepen e-commerce research.
Understand all feeds for inventory, pricing, product activations, promotions and content and their impact to the e-Commerce page in AEM environment.
Able to adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions.
Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with platform partners.
Stay informed about the most recent trends and industry best practices, and present creative proposals to elevate our presence across all platforms.
Pay attention to the improvement of the logistics scores of key e-commerce platforms, and promote the company's e-commerce business volume.
Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the superior/management.
Qualification & Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent related fields.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology, Commerce or equivalent.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in E-commerce or equivalent withminimum 2 years of experiencein Operation/Hands-on of e-Commerce platforms.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
Willing to work on repetitive work with good quality, able to meet strict deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Possess outstanding strategic thinking ability and strong experience in key account management.
Basic knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator would be a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive thinking, reliability, self-motivated and creative.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations and coordinate under tight timelines and pressure.
