What You'll Do
E-Commerce Platform Management:Oversee the seamless operation of Aihome's online sales channels, including our company website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Regularly audit platform performance to ensure fast load times, smooth navigation, and top-notch user experience.
Work with IT and web development teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new features or upgrades.
Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized with compelling descriptions, images, and pricing.
Strategize and execute online merchandising plans to highlight promotions, bestsellers, and new arrivals.
Develop seasonal and thematic campaigns that capture customer interest and drive conversions.
Plan and manage online marketing campaigns to boost traffic and increase online sales across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and optimize campaigns, including social media ads, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
Leverage TikTok's creative ecosystem to create engaging content that drives sales.
Deliver exceptional online customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Implement strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty, such as personalized recommendations and email marketing.
SEO, SEM & Analytics:Optimize product listings and content to improve organic search rankings and visibility on search engines.
Manage paid search campaigns to ensure effective targeting and ROI.
Use analytics tools to track platform performance, customer behavior, and sales data. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on your findings.
Inventory & Order Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels across platforms to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline delivery workflows.
Online Sales Growth & Strategy:Develop and implement innovative strategies to achieve and exceed online sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and launch new product lines or services.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
What We're Looking For
Experience:Minimum 2–3 years in e-commerce operations, preferably with exposure to WooCommerce, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Skills:Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Mindset:Data-driven with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.
Tech-Savvy:Ability to work with e-commerce platforms and basic web management skills.
