E-Commerce Executive

The goal of the role of the Ecommerce Executive is to maintain as well as create and implement strategies that will increase our e-commerce sales.
This role will be part of the Innovations Team at Fire Fighter.
You will work closely with the rest of the team to implement and execute these strategies.The 4 pillars of our team are

Duties and ResponsibilityBrainstorm, implement and execute strategies for our e-commerce stores.
Be responsible for all e-commerce platforms to ensure that all platforms are running smoothly.
Logistics will be handled by our logistics team.
Maintain our Ecommerce stores - Shopify, Shopee and Lazada.
Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
Work closely with our marketing team to execute e-commerce strategies.
Analyze data available on our ecommerce platform to better craft and execute strategies.
Monitor changes in product sales using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
Job RequirementBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
2 years of experience in e-commerce management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their functionalities.
Experience in digital marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills.
About the JobSalary Range:RM 3.5k - RM 4.5k
Working Hours:Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
