-Online Store Management:


-Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, online marketplaces).


-Ensure that products are listed accurately with relevant descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information.


-Manage promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns on the online store.


-Digital Marketing:


-Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales to the online store.


-Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.


-Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.


-Data Analysis and Reporting:


-Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


-Use tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics and optimize user experience.


-Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.


-Customer Experience:


-Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers on the online platform.


-Manage customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries to enhance satisfaction and retention.


-Work with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or returns.


-Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:


-Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.


-Manage relationships with third-party vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.


-Website Maintenance and Optimization:


-Regularly update website content, including product information, banners, and promotional material.


-Work with web developers to improve site functionality, speed, and mobile responsiveness.


-Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and conversion rates.

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).


-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
