-Manage and maintain the Mossery e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.
-Monitor website performance, load times, and functionality, and address issues promptly.
-Implement and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and appealing product displays.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and manage promotions, campaigns, and sales events.
Inventory and Stock Management:
-Oversee inventory levels and stock availability on the e-commerce platform.
-Monitor product demand and restock products as needed to prevent stockouts.
-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipping.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
-Implement features and processes that improve the overall customer shopping experience.
-Monitor and manage customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
-Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Data Analytics:
-Utilise data analytics tools and platforms to gain insights into website performance and customer behavior.

Qualifications:

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
